3+ years of experience in I&R in FMCG (MNC)
Strong Thai & English communication skill is a must

A DAY IN THE LIFE...
  • Drive development of Innovation Strategy, execution and Concepts.
  • Lead long term idea generation to fill 3-5-year pipeline in line with innovation strategy.
  • Optimize regional/global network and aligned objectives to leverage innovation opportunities across Indochina region.
  • Manage & lead projects by collaborating with multi-functional resources in the delivery of specific I/R and sustainability projects.
  • Manage overall Category I/R Portfolio with BEO, Corp. Innovation Manager, and concerned functions and translate it to yearly launch plan with I/R target and align with ICP.
  • Identify & propose appropriate resource levels (people, funding, capacity, etc.) based on relative project importance and complexity.
  • Take on E2E Project Lead role from Idea to Launch when needed depending on business priorities, speed to market and resource management. 
  • Lead Waters BU interaction with Consumer Insights team on all I&R related topics.
  • Work closely with Marketing team in innovation beyond products like D2C modules or other value-added services.
ARE YOU A FIT?
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in I&R from FMCG (MNC).
  • Strong in people & project management.
  • Experienced in business planning, monitoring, analysis, and strategizing.
  • Leadership & coaching principles.
  • Computer Literacy.
  • Good command in English & Thai.
