A DAY IN THE LIFE...
- Lead project as a focal contact point of relevant parties IMS new product development for TH Factories/Co-Packers or Import New Products from Affiliates. Provide recommendation, information to both internal and external customers when starting new product study
- Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, and action plans to ensure on-time market launches
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Marketing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, and Manufacturing
- Monitor project progress and facilitate regular project review meetings with key stakeholders
- Assess supply capability and identify potential constraints or risks impacting product launches
- Support import and export activities by ensuring compliance with customs, FDA, and regulatory requirements
- Manage product documentation, approvals, trial shipments, and product brief completion
- Act as the primary liaison between producing and receiving markets to ensure alignment throughout the product development process
- Drive effective communication and problem-solving to achieve successful project execution
ARE YOU A FIT?
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Customer Service, Project Management, or a related function
- Strong project management and coordination skills
- Good understanding of supply chain processes and customer service operations
- Intermediate to strong English communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
