A DAY IN THE LIFE…

I&R Strategy

• Drive 3-5 years I&R pipelines, by leading strategic I&R discussion, facilitate concept generation and validation to identify growth opportunities based on consumer insights and potential business impact. 

• Liase with commercial team to lead Business Case validation and identify resources & investment required.

• Manage key stakeholers and collaborate closely with cross functional team to align and prioritize project viability such as financial, technical, internal and external compliance. Able to work with high ambiguity while maintaining result oriented.

• Engage with SBU, regional, and local network to leverage knowledge innovation opportunities.

• Ensure all product compliance with Internal Nestle Guideline, FDA, HALAL, and Milk Code, yet being able to optimize the consumer and business needs. 

I&R Execution

• Manage and lead projects to prioritize resources to ensure timely launch as per aligned with busines agenda.

• Early engage with commercial team (Brand, CDT, DSP) to ensure smooth launch execution.

• Actively tracking I&R projects timeline and provide regular update to all relavant functions.

• Identify ways to improve activity timelines to bring product to market with speed. 

• Drive Good Taste agenda to ensure sensory competitiveness and improvement plan. 

• Act as I2L Gatekeeper, ensuring all projects meet with internal requirements i.e. iNNS and portfolio fit.

• Gate meeting facilitations and presentation for Scope and Business Opportunities Gate. 

ARE YOU A FIT?

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Food science or related field.

• At least 5 years experience in commercial roles.

• Good experience in project management.

• Proficiency in English.
