A DAY IN THE LIFE...
  • Achieve objectives of the customers by managing provided resources, with co-ordination with business units as a Business Manager representing Nestle. 
  • Establish strategic and sustainable customer relationships across all customer formats – understand customer’s commercial and format decision-making structure and respective KPIs
  • Propose and implement the annual category strategy (customer business plan) e.g. assortment, promotion plan and trade deal on a customer basis
  • Work with trade marketing team to analyze store format performance by sub-category for core and seasonal products to identify over-and -under trades and provide solutions to expand the opportunities
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop category initiatives tailored by customer format

 

ARE YOU A FIT?

 

  • Bachelor or Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or other related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG sales with solid knowledge in Modern Trade Channel
  • Good command of English communication with computer skills (MS-Office applications)
  • Experience in managing a team is a must
  • Able to use customer data analysis program (ie. Dunnhumby, EYC, B2B, or etc.) is an advantage
