A DAY IN THE LIFE...

  • Lead end-to-end management of key Click & Mortar accounts, building strong relationships with buyers and digital teams.

  • Identify growth opportunities through data-driven insights and shopper behavior analysis.

  • Drive seamless integration between online and offline retail strategies to enhance the shopper journey.

  • Monitor and manage account P&L, ensuring profitability and ROI on eCommerce investments.

  • Track and analyze KPIs such as sales, traffic, conversion, market share and digital shelf score.

  • Provide regular business reviews and actionable insights to internal stakeholders and retail partners.

  • Coordinate with category teams, shopper marketing and offline commercial teams to align on strategy and execution.

 

ARE YOU A FIT?

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Commerce, or related field.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in e-Commerce, key account management, or trade marketing, preferably in FMCG or retail.

  • Good in negotiation, communication, multitasking and stakeholder management skills.

  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platform is preferable.

  • Good in Microsoft Office included Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Fluent in English and Thai.
