A DAY IN THE LIFE...

Lead end-to-end management of key Click & Mortar accounts, building strong relationships with buyers and digital teams.

Identify growth opportunities through data-driven insights and shopper behavior analysis.

Drive seamless integration between online and offline retail strategies to enhance the shopper journey.

Monitor and manage account P&L, ensuring profitability and ROI on eCommerce investments.

Track and analyze KPIs such as sales, traffic, conversion, market share and digital shelf score.

Provide regular business reviews and actionable insights to internal stakeholders and retail partners.

Coordinate with category teams, shopper marketing and offline commercial teams to align on strategy and execution.
ARE YOU A FIT?

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Commerce, or related field.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in e-Commerce, key account management, or trade marketing, preferably in FMCG or retail.

Good in negotiation, communication, multitasking and stakeholder management skills.

Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platform is preferable.
-
Good in Microsoft Office included Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Fluent in English and Thai.
