A Day in the Life…

• Ensure consistent Customer Order Fulfilment (COF) by executing routine planning on time, meeting freshness and cost targets through Connected Planning
• Manage Supply & Distribution Planning (Local, Co‑Man/Pack & IMS import) by reviewing deployment and dispatch plans from PSC, considering supply constraints and network complexity
• Manage daily supply execution, monitor ATP stock, and maintain accurate low/out‑of‑stock reason codes with mitigation actions
• Prepare and update a rolling 12‑week supply outlook, highlighting key risks, impacts, priorities, and trade‑offs
• Collaborate with I&R, Demand, Concurrent and DPS Planners to manage events and product transitions (phase‑in/phase‑out) within the 12‑week horizon
• Optimize inventory levels, balancing product availability, cost efficiency, and the right stock in the right location, and lead local inventory reviews to assess stock coverage, risks, and opportunities
• Champion Bad Goods / War on Waste, partnering with key stakeholders to track issues and support root‑cause analysis
• Monitor finished goods freshness, align with customer shelf‑life requirements, and escalate risks with Demand Planners
• Align and review Finished Goods stock policies with PSC and Category DSP Manager to ensure market and inter‑market alignment
• Deliver sustained IMS import performance, support IMS briefs, and ensure accurate shipment data through effective use of Cargoo
• For IMS imports outside PSC scope, manage planning on an 18‑month rolling horizon with IMS Producer Planners

ARE YOU A FIT?

• 5 years of relevant experience in Supply Planning, Factory Supply Chain, IMS / Foreign Trade, or related Demand & Supply Planning functions
• Experience in Customer Solutions or Physical Logistics is a plus
• Confident English communicator working with regional stakeholders
• Strong negotiation and collaboration skills across cross‑functional and cross‑market teams
