6-8 years of experience in Brand/Marketing Communication from mnc/fmcg

A DAY IN THE LIFE...
  •  Participate in business planning and ensure full transparency of costs and financial impact.
  • Provide on-time and high-quality data and KPIs for decision making along with promoting use of external & internal information for benchmarking.
  • Ensure effective internal controls and compliance are in place in all financial related Marketing & E-Business processes.
  • Establish and coordinate set up of budgets under the Marketing & E-Business Unit Division in order to ensure effective utilization of PFME spend in all Business Units.
  • Co-ordinate with BU Controllers regarding PFME budget and planning (DF).
  • Be an adviser to solve finance related business issues, as well as develop financial knowledge for non-finance experts in Marketing & E-Business and awareness of E2E Best Practices.
  • Promote sharing of insights from Pre-Post Evaluation across BUs.
  • Ensure accurate allocation of shared services cost to BUs, aligned with Nestlé Accounting and Costing standards.
  • Manage people, Talent Review, Career Development, Training, and ensure Capability Building to team. Coach, inspire and empower team for high performance. 
ARE YOU A FIT?
  • Degree in Finance and/or Accountancy is a must.
  • 6-8 years’ experience in Accounting / Finance function (e.g. Brand/Marketing communication)
  • Fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry experience would be a plus.
  • Experience within a network organization. (internal and external providers)
  • Good English & Thai communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation & stakeholder management skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills & a can-do attitude.
