A DAY IN THE LIFE...

 

  • To drive NHW (Nutrition, Health & Wellness) Leadership in the Indochina Region through our products, brand communication and employees.
  • Drive NHW Leadership for Nestlé Indochina through Strategic NHW Direction.
  • Support NHW Group Manager to develop OMP for Nestlé Thailand and annual NHW target setting.
  • Drive NHW Leadership for Nestlé Indochina through Product Taste and Nutritional Superiority
  • Drive and Own Market NHW Dashboard: Consolidate 60/40+ improvement plan & track progress of implementation across product portfolio and address gaps.
  • Work with Innovation & Research team to identify opportunities by mapping current product portfolio against NHW insights/trend.
  • Drive NHW Leadership for Nestlé Indochina through Corporate & Brand Communication.
  • Develop Consumer's NHW Insights and Category Nutrition Insights to support business action (e.g. by demographics-Good Lifers; by benefit platforms-Protection/ Weight Management/ Beauty/ Performance, etc.)
  • Drive mindset change around NHW in the market, so that businesses embed NHW in their Brand Strategies and Brand Communication Plan and bring meaningful product truths to communication across consumer touchpoints.
  • Deploy Key Global NHW Initiatives (e.g. Nutritional Compass, GDA, Portion Guidance, etc.). 
  • Drive for regular review of meaningful NHW messages on packaging.
  • Support corporate NHW programs and deliver multi-brand NHW initiatives to build Nestlé trust and bring business competitive advantage.
  • Engage with Key Opinion Leaders to endorse/support key corporate branded initiatives, e.g. "Choose Wellness, Choose Nestlé", Nestlé Community Roadshow, Digital Assets, etc.
  • Drive NHW Leadership for Nestlé Indochina through Capability Building and Advocates
  • Improve NHW Knowledge of Employees by supporting NQ Training and Internal NHW Activities.
  • Guide the Market to utilize new NHW tools, guidelines, and policies.
ARE YOU A FIT?

 

  • At least Bachelor's Degree in Food Science or other related fields
  • 5+ years of experience in product development
  • Good commercial mindset with strong communication skill
  • Good English & Thai communication is a must
