A DAY IN THE LIFE...
- Responsible for understanding, communicating and helping to implement sourcing strategies on a local level (at the market) including new or changing items/services, P2P channel management and of new suppliers.
- Gathers data and business requirements and conveys and transmit local requirements to Local Business Partners, Local Sourcing teams and Above Market Category teams for setting actions/strategies accordingly.
- Be the Procurement first point of contact for the Business/Function
- Understand business requirements, translate and transmit this to the category management in an actionable way.
- Lead implementation of sourcing strategies and savings initiatives
- Proactively communicate to the business the PPV breakdown and compelling category insights
- Ensure early Procurement involvement in all Business initiatives
- Ensure supply, sourcing flexibility and business continuity
ARE YOU A FIT?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Purchasing, Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Procurement functions, Prefer Food industry background.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details.
- Good negotiation, problem solving & convincing skills.
- Good English & Thai communication skills.
