5+ years of relevant experience in Project Engineering Manager - Electrical & Automation to lead electrical power distribution, automation, digitalization, and OT integration initiatives for a major food manufacturing project.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

• Lead the design and delivery of safe and compliant electrical power systems.
• Optimize electrical distribution networks using digital engineering and digital twin technologies.
• Establish electrical schematic management processes and standards.
• Manage automation and control systems for plant utilities and process equipment.
• Drive integration with SCADA, MES, Energy Management, SAP, and other site systems.
• Define PLC, HMI, safety and software architecture standards.
• Ensure automation systems remain maintainable and supportable by factory teams.
• Develop maintenance, calibration and lifecycle management strategies.
• Deliver OT readiness for digital manufacturing and control tower initiatives.
• Coordinate with digital teams on electrification, utility, data engineering and machine learning solutions.
• Support electrical distribution systems including MV switchgear, transformers, substations, and electrical rooms.

ARE YOU A FIT?

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in food manufacturing or FMCG production environments.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Technical Requirements:

• Factory electrical installation, maintenance, and power distribution systems.
• PLC & HMI programming, preferably with Rockwell Automation (Allen Bradley) or Siemens.
• SCADA platforms, especially AVEVA System Platform or equivalent.
• MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and digital manufacturing solutions.
• Industrial automation and process control systems.
• OT/IT integration and Industry 4.0 technologies.
• GMP requirements and food industry standards.
• Experience in digitalization projects, including:

  • Digital Twins
  • Data Analytics
  • Machine Learning implementation
