7+ years of relevant experience in engineering project management, warehouse automation, or intralogistics. 

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

• Lead the design, implementation, commissioning, and handover of warehouse automation and intralogistics projects. 
• Manage project scope, budget, schedule, risks, resources, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, IT, Procurement, Legal teams, and external automation suppliers.
• Drive supplier selection, technical evaluation, tendering, and contract management.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, productivity improvement, and operational excellence.
• Evaluate and implement emerging automation technologies to support future business growth.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, regulatory, and engineering standards.

ARE YOU A FIT?

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Project Engineering, Warehouse Automation, Intralogistics, or related automation environments.
• Preferred Experience in AS/RS (Automated Storage & Retrieval Systems), AGVs / AMRs, Conveyor Systems, and Warehouse Process Optimization Projects
• Proven track record managing complex cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and external vendors.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse automation systems, material handling equipment, controls integration, process optimization, and project management methodologies.
• Proficient in MS Project, MS Office, AutoCAD, or equivalent engineering/project management tools.
• Fluent English communication skills.
