Support product compliance management is in place for local and Inter-Market Supply, IMS products; includes Cold Chain, products release, block, unblock, packing process and FEFO system, etc.

To support the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System in downstream supply chain. Ensure the calibration and documentation systems are effectively implement and maintain in place.

Manage the GWP internal auditing programmed, assessing the performance of good warehouse practice, reporting its effectiveness to the management and proposing action for improvement at Distribution Center. Ensure the pest control systems are effectively implement and maintain in place.

To organize and maintain the downstream traceability and mock recall, coordinating effective and fast product withdrawal/recalls as requested by QMD to concern parties in value chain; includes monitoring of results, follow up, block and distinguish the products when came back from the market.

Investigate the root cause of products quality complaints and feedback to concerned parties.

Ensure monitoring of key SC-Quality parameters KPI in order to drive structured root cause analysis and project creation to quest continual improvement and strive for zero defect.

To support the part of development and maintenance of competence and quality awareness, and commitment to zero defect in the distribution center and downstream supply chain.

Provide information or prepare the samples regarding quality issues as per requested by concerning people and/or authorities, that will be included co-ordination with concerned Nestle Departments and support customer service/sales in providing the customer requirements on documents related quality issues and etc.

To perform QA Globe super user role in order to ensure SAP technical knowledge is maintained and re-fresh training to relevant person. To complete new product requirement in SAP workflow and perform the SAP transections related to QA Supply Chain Role
ARE YOU A FIT?

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related

Minimum 3 years' experience in QA, preferably in food manufacturing business
-
Having experience of quality in Supply Chain - e.g. Retail Quality Assessment, Shelf-life Management, Bad Goods Handling, FEFO concept, Traceability, etc
-
Possesses knowledge in Knowledge Quality Management System (ISO9001, Risk Management), Food Safety & Compliance (FSSC22000 or NFSMS, HACCP, GHP/GWP, Verifications/Audits, Sensory Evaluation)

Good command of English
