A DAY IN THE LIFE...

 

  • Manage Sales team and Distributors/Sub Distributors in the assigned regions to achieve commercial objectives, including sales target, distribution, etc.
  • Manage the development of Regional and Customer sales plans to be in line with channel objectives and strategies.
  • Lead and contribute to the development of Route to Market Strategy (School, Tricycle, Distributor)
  • Develop and maintain sound business relationships with Distributors/Sub Distributors by attending the regular meetings with sharing the business information and reach agreements with Distributors and Sub Distributors
  • Ensure good performance of the sales force in field operations in terms of sell-in, sell-out, distribution, product merchandising and sales call effectiveness and productivity.
  • Allocate and cascade the regional sales target to Account Executives and Sales Operation Executive.
  • Design the territory plan and monitor route and itinerary efficiency for sales force in the assigned region.
  • Perform distributor and sub distributor management including recruitment, selection, manage and review, and termination together.
  • Manage MOGE according to the budget.

 

 

 

ARE YOU A FIT?

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields; with 10 years’ experience in sales or marketing; Intermediate English level
  • Good knowledge of interrelationship of key functions and their key initiatives
  • Knowledge of core business processes
  • Knowledge of MBS and Integrated Commercial Planning
  • Understand all sales functions i.e., Trade Marketing, Customer, Field Sales
  • Strong experience in Team and Field Sales Management, Distributor Management Best Practice, Market Intelligence and Channel/Shopper Trends
  • Good knowledge of channel structure and opportunities in the region
