A DAY IN THE LIFE...

• • Designing route plan territory in each distributor base on business requirement and opportunities by area to finish on time with productivity.
  • Verify customer master in DMS1 and monitor journey plan by monthly to comply with the business model and validated area coverage opportunities.
  • Monitor and tracking compliance of distributor’s KPI.
  • Leverage and enforce distributor salesman discipline with Geofencing compliance, weekly tracking.
  • Consulting and designing distributor logistic and transportation to be efficiency and on time of delivery.

ARE YOU A FIT?

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Com-Science
• At least 3 years of experience in Traditional Trade (TT) field sales with Distributor management background
• Advance Computer literacy especially Excel, “Road net or Route for me” are required.
• Be able to enable result trough others.
• Good logical communication skills
• Mobility to work in upcountry
