A DAY IN THE LIFE...

 

  • Lead the development of route to market strategy by Identifying the optimum number of local distributors, tools and practices
  • Develop profitability model by coordinate with RSM, Area Sales Manager and Area Sales Executive.
  • Develop and deploy capability building platforms for Field Sales and Distributor Management according to new RTM model.
  • Design remunerations scheme for each clustered of local distributors to strategically develop based on distributor performance assessment development  
  • Continuously improve incentive of Sales and distributor's salesman.
  • Continuously improve GT capability.

ARE YOU A FIT?

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (i.e. Sales) or related field
  • At least 5 years’ experience in sales GT or sales operation/development
  • Direct experience in RTM is preferably 
  • Able to communicate in English with good computer skills (MS-Office applications)
