A DAY IN THE LIFE...
The Sales Analytics and Automation Lead is responsible for overseeing the Sales Process Optimizer and the Sales Analytics Team to drive data-driven decision-making and implement automation solutions that enhance sales performance.
This role will focus on developing and executing analytics strategies, optimizing sales processes, and leveraging technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the sales organization.
- Lead sales analytics executives to proactively perform tasks and engage with stakeholders.
- Partner closely and efficiently with Sales System Solutions (SSS) team in translating current and new system solutions into practical sales analytics.
- Connect internal data sources, systems and solutions available i.e. DMS1, AFS, Zeen, and future SRE & MIDAS and external data sources i.e. market intelligence, Nielsen, Kantar, government schemes to form one insight.
- Transform the current practices, reports, data sets, tools and turn data into insights for stakeholders to better formulate commercial strategies, improve plans, and implement successful activities with practical action plans by regions, areas, channels.
- Change from current snap reports to auto self-service i.e. BI report/dashboard meeting the expectation of users and train them to effectively use the provided new solutions.
- Develop continuously new solutions to increase Nestle sales analytics functions on top of any leading FMCG companies.
ARE YOU A FIT?
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT and Business-Related fields
- Professional experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in analytics, metrics gathering, and reporting and related software
- 3-5 years of experience in process improvement area
- Proven Project Management experience with complex and multi-stakeholder projects
- Experience in modern trade and traditional trade operation is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead people
- Understands sales functions i.e. Customer, Field, CDT team challenges and expected insights to make them win
