A DAY IN THE LIFE...

 

  • Conduct training needs analysis and develop the training program for the grocery sales force in according to the needs and business strategies.
  • Execute the training programs as well as monitor and improve Sales Training Implementation for increasing effectiveness of the sales force.
  • Manage and coordinate with sales training vendors and trainers to ensure effective training organization.
  • Coach and develop sales competencies for effective planning and execution of sales  interventions in line with business plan and strategies.
  • Setting direction the training course for NDP Sales team and rolling out these sales training to all region via regional training team
  • Take overall responsibilities for utilizing sales training budget effectively

ARE YOU A FIT?

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (i.e. Sales) or related field
  • At least 5 years’ experience in sales development
  • Able to communicate in English with good computer skills (MS-Office applications)
