A DAY IN THE LIFE...
- Conduct training needs analysis and develop the training program for the grocery sales force in according to the needs and business strategies.
- Execute the training programs as well as monitor and improve Sales Training Implementation for increasing effectiveness of the sales force.
- Manage and coordinate with sales training vendors and trainers to ensure effective training organization.
- Coach and develop sales competencies for effective planning and execution of sales interventions in line with business plan and strategies.
- Setting direction, the training course for NDP Sales team and rolling out these sales training to all region via regional training team
- Take overall responsibilities for utilizing sales training budget effectively
ARE YOU A FIT?
- Bachelor’s degree or higher – preferably marketing and related field
- At least 5 years’ experience in sales development
- Able to communicate in English with good computer skills (MS-Office applications)
- Good communication skills (need to develop some short Tik Tok bite-sized learning, conduct some basic training courses – training will be provided)
- Some level of strategic thinking, creativity and initiative
- Passion to make changes
- Stakeholder management
- Coordination and follow-up skill
