A DAY IN THE LIFE...
- Work proactively with ASE to ensure the Sales target achievements, Sales operation process, Product distribution and Customer Health Check
- Plan the visit route plan weekly to gain new freezers both School and Traditional Trade. Co-ordinate with distributors to prepare freezers and other necessary equipment for new sub-distributors opening, stocks and products delivery.
- Deliver the target achievement for tricycle such as Average sales per tricycle, % Active/ Inactive Tricycle. Co-ordinate with sub-distributors to solve operational and other routine issues, recruit tricycle drivers and provide them with training field operations, selling skills, stock keeping, merchandising, etc.
- Co-ordinate with Supply Chain to select proper tricycles for each sub-distributors and follow-up tricycle delivery
- Communicate the promotion or new products to sub-distributors and tricycle drivers.Consolidate and forward potential market and sub-distributors for approval.
- Consolidate and forward potential market and sub-distributors for approval.
- Ensure all related documents to new freezers, school, sub-distributors are accurate and submitted in time.
- Report monthly field operations and issues
- Ensure the compliance related to all working activities align with Nestlé Instructions and the standard working guidelines.

- Solid experience in recruiting new clients and managing distributors
- Flexible to work in the assigned area
