A DAY IN THE LIFE...

To increase number of tricycles and new freezers in School and Traditional Trade Channel as well as sale productivities in the assigned area in accordance with the sales plan.

• Consolidate and forward potential market and sub-distributors for approval.

• Co-ordinate with distributors to prepare freezers and other necessary equipment for new sub-distributors opening stocks and products delivery.

• Train sub-distributors on field operations, selling skills, stock keeping, merchandising, etc.

• Co-ordinate with sub-distributors to recruit tricycle drivers and provide them with training.

• Co-ordinate with sub-distributors to solve operational and other routine issues.

• Co-ordinate with Nestle SCM to select proper tricycles for each sub-distributors and follow-up tricycle delivery

• Report monthly field operations and issues

• Communicate the promotion or new products to sub-distributors and tricycle drivers.

• Plan and execute the visit route plan
