  • Leverages data to drive continuous improvement in areas such as productivity, customer service and sales.
  • Optimize business procedures and ensure efficiency and smooth workflow.
  • Coordinate with business unit and head of functions to develop and test and refine business processes and practices to prove competitive advantage to support business growth.
  • Teaches lessons learned and key findings to business unit with recommendations for changes and updates for training.
  • Proactive address problem areas and improve efficiencies.

 

ARE YOU A FIT?

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (i.e. Sales) or related field
  • At least 5 years’ experience in sales traditional trade function (managerial level)
  • Passionate in technology and data
  • Direct experience in project management or operations improvement
  • Able to communicate in English
