A DAY IN A LIFE OF...

• Co-ordinate with sales force to provide system related support  
• Adopt or customize the existing Sales Support System to fulfil new requirements of sales force. 
• Test run the System prior to the implementation to ensure its completeness and correctness.
• Maintain data in the Sales related System eg. DMS1, AFS, Hamilton, Cognos, Express, SAP to ensure smooth sales operations
• Monitor the implemented System to ensure its smooth operation.
• Prepare the sales database system for further actions e.g. sales information analysis.
• Provide or support information on the Sales System to other Business Units upon request.
• Identify gaps reconcile data, provide support and improve the sales data management via current systems to ensure accuracy

ARE YOU A FIT?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer and statistics related fields
• At least 2 years of experience in database, system management or system analysis.
• Familiar with DMS1, AFS, Hamilton, Cognos, Express or SAP
• Fair command of English 
• Good interpersonal skills
• Proactive and initiative
