A DAY IN A LIFE OF...

 

  • Develop and drive the execution of the Channel agenda from Shopper insights within the business to support long term Channel (cross) Category growth and profitably increase Nestlé market share.
  • Define MT Channel growth driver and category prioritization by customer by format in order to develop MT Channel plan and initiatives to achieve business KPIs.
  • Initiate Nestle corporate theme and Customer specific plans to drive MT Channel growth and Shopper engagement by turn shopper insight and category growth drivers into action and execute through OMNI channel approach.
  • Develop clear execution and activation guidance to ensure alignment of customer specific plans within overall channel strategy and plan i.e. MT Tailored made promotion, Nestle corporate theme.
  • Conduct/Refresh shopper research in order to ensure that shopper insight understanding is always up to date and provide input to category development team and sales team to develop category/customer plan.
  • Support NPD Trade launch development and Category activation development as an input to category development team.
  • Manage and execute aligned Category and Channel monthly activities with given monthly channel priorities.

 

ARE YOU A FIT?

 

  • 3 years experience in Trade Marketing/Category Development/Channel Development
  • Demonstrable record of success in a customer (not limited to Key Accounts) facing role.
  • Understands customers and the selling process.
  • Ability to understand key business functions
  • Ability to understand linkage with data analysis and integration, presentation, negotiation skills and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Good command of English and computer skills
