A DAY IN THE LIFE...

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment for permanent staff in the market (and temporary staff where applicable) and custodian of Employee Onboarding process for all employees recruited.
  • Develop, plan, and execute resourcing/talent acquisition strategy to support business requirements and the organization’s staffing objectives.
  • Provide constant update to line managers regarding employment market and current trend of talent landscape.
  • Design and develop effective selection tools/techniques in order to deliver an In Full On Time Recruitment.
  • Manage all recruitment business partners to ensure quality of delivery and best possible talent pipeline.
  • Collaborate with related stakeholders (HRBPs, Business Leaders, and C&B Team) to prepare competitive compensation and benefit packages for the selected candidates.

 

ARE YOU A FIT?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in Recruitment 
  • Possess thorough understanding of full-cycle recruitment 
  • Experienced in FMCG industry is a must
  • Hands-on experience in dealing with social media (ex. LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram)
  • Must be able to manage and handle different types of stakeholders
  • Exposure to Recruitment Marketing is a plus
  • Strong command of English and Thai is a must
