A DAY IN THE LIFE...

  • Manage and monitor service supplier performance against defined KPIs for Installation, Withdrawal/De-installation

  • Act as the main coordinator between internal NP teams and external service partners to ensure consistent service standards and customer satisfaction

  • Control and monitor Maintenance & Repair (M&R) activities to ensure compliance with service standards, safety, and quality requirements

  • Support troubleshooting activities and provide technical consultation to service partners when required

  • Control and monitor spare parts stock, usage, and replenishment planning to ensure service readiness and cost efficiency

  • Plan and execute technical training programs to enhance partner service capability and field service quality

  • Conduct machine audits and field quality checks to ensure service partners follow maintenance standards and correct machine configurations

  • Oversee and support call center/service coordination processes to improve responsiveness and resolution time

  • Support new project deployments, pilot programs, innovation initiatives, and field implementation activities

 

ARE YOU A FIT?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechatronics) or related field.

  • 5 years in technical service operations, after-sales, field service, or partner/supplier management.

  • Good English and Thai communication skills.

  • Knowledge of spare parts planning, stock control, and service documentation.

  • Good negotiation & problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to conduct technical training, audits, and troubleshooting.
