Full time (Hybrid)
Minimum 3 year of experience work supply chain & logistics, transportation management, physical logistics, third party logistics.

 

 

A DAY IN THE LIFE...

 

  • Monitor ways of working of Third Parties to ensure that it is in line with the Nespresso brand purpose and in compliance with local regulations and Nestlé standards and policies

  • Coordinate with related party (internal & external) on campaign readiness in order to launch product as per timeline.

  • Provide order forecasting by working Demand planning and 3PL on man power planning to avoid customer order backlog.

  • Ensure that customer orders and Boutique order are processed and shipped on time, meet delivery deadlines and expectations.

  • Coordinate with Quality team and 3PL to transfer stock between Nespresso warehouse and Repair center.

  • Manage daily warehouse operation with 3PL, ensuring efficient and accurate storage, space utilization, handling, movement of goods.

  • Ensure inventory transactions between Nespresso and 3PL are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Provide weekly updates regarding inventory reconciliation status and action to minimize discrepancy.

  • Conduct weekly, monthly operation meeting with 3PL and prepare information for management review.

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and work with 3PL on corrective/actions when necessary.

  • Continuously improve and standardize process to ensure seamless on operation excellent.

  • Address any customer complaints or issues related to warehouse & logistics, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.

  • Monitor and control return process with 3PL, Trade and Quality team in order to minimize bad goods.

  • Prepare and execute with 3PL to perform stock destruction, stock take and cycle count as per company policies.

  • Ensure with 3PL to follow sustainability policy to improve recycling rate and minimizing customer complaints.

  • Verify Warehouse and Logistics monthly billing and create expense PO to supplier.

  • Work with finance team to process claim to the 3PL if any as per claim schedule.

  • Support on project or assignment assigned by supervisor.

 

 

ARE YOU A FIT?

 

  • Minimum 3 year of experience work supply chain & logistics, transportation management, physical logistics, third party logistics.

  • Good English & Thai communication skills.

  • Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain principles

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to details.

  • Good negotiation & problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and in challenging situations.

  • Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

  • Proactive with can-do attitude is a must.

  • Excellent in MS excel or database knowledge is plus

  • Able to travel to warehouse in Bangna area from time to time.
