A DAY IN THE LIFE...

 

  • Builds strong brands which will delight target consumers and generate strong business results. Contributes to the development and execution of the brand digital strategy.
  • Develops Brand Essence when relevant or applies the one defined.
  • Manages packaging development, dashboard, services, and CSV related to the brand. (ensure full alignment with ASEAN team & drive execution as per planned)
  • Delivers tastiest and healthiest pet food experiences within brand portfolio in a way that contributes to CSV & ensures consumer centricity in all brand-related activities.
  • Contributes to the building and development of innovation and renovation pipelines from idea-to-launch till bringing the project to life. 
  • Manages the development and execution of strong functionally aligned brand plans, responsible for the performance, health and strategic alignment & understands business impact and prioritizes spending & investments of her/his brands.
  • Understands the omnichannel environment and contributes to the development of category strategy.
  • Leads the development of strong and functionally aligned brand and ICP plans along with ensuring execution of plans & monitoring brand performance/health. 
  • Executes local digital/eBusiness strategy in alignment with key local, regional, and global stakeholders & tracking the KPI along with bench marking with the industry.
  • Directs consumer interaction through real-time digital channels (CRM, social media platforms, etc.). Owns digital asset management.

ARE YOU A FIT?

 

  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration.
  • At least 7 years of working experience in marketing preferably in FMCG brands.
  • Experience in leading product launch or complex renovation projects working with cross functional teams.
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills.
  • Good understanding on the landscape of digital marketing, social media and/or eCommerce.
  • Proven track record in delivering digital marketing projects.
  • Good command of English & Thai.
