IMS Customer Service (NPD) - Supply Chain

Minimum 3 year of experience in Supply Chain & Customer Service

A DAY IN THE LIFE...

 

  • Lead project as a focal contact point of relevant parties on new product development along with providing recommendation, information to both internal and external when starting new product study. 
  • Plan and achieve project management taking responsibility for new products, product modifications, packaging modification.
  • Evaluate risks and offer solutions to enable decisions on product-launch date revision.
  • Negotiate and manage the agreement between producing market and receiving market in all aspects concerning Manufacturing, Legislation, QMD, Supply Chain, Marketing, etc.
  • Ensure completion of trial shipment with a proven complete report for all new Import/Export products.
  • Manage new inquiries in cooperating with Zone in order to maximize the utilization of production capacity based on capacity analysis, raw material availability, technical constraints and Export/Import regulations concern at both Thailand side and the potential customers' side.

ARE YOU A FIT?

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in International Business or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ work experience in Supply Chain & Customer Service would be a plus.
  • Good English & Thai communication skills.
  • Experience in project management
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to details.
  • Work well with others and can work well under pressure with minimum supervision.
  • Good negotiation & problem-solving skills.
