A DAY IN THE LIFE...
- Ensure a compelling Total Rewards proposition for employees, leveraging corporate programs and insights to identify opportunities for improvement
- Contribute to development of improved reward solutions for the region and group
- Define an ongoing communication strategy via different employee segments of the Total Rewards journey and employee life cycle creating a high level of appreciation for the rewards received.
- Flawless Execution of Annual Total Rewards Processes.
- Partner with regional Total Rewards Regional team in implementation of annual processes.
- Advise HRBP’s and line managers on questions about job grading & identify where positions need their grading to be revisited.
- Supports the regional Total Rewards Regional team with the coordination of job matching and salary submission with external survey providers to ensure a robust benchmarking process and reliable data.
- Reviews market analysis, proposed pay structure, and feeds back any issues, concerns before pay structures are put into place.
- Design cost efficient benefits program in line with Corporate and Regional guidance.
- Benchmark benefit programs in other companies to ensure that Nestlé is offering competitive benefits that strongly contributes to people's attraction and retention.
- Definition and Tracking of Leading and Lagging Strategic KPIs and Statistics related to Total Compensation for the Business.
- Define and implement strategic and coherent recognition program for the Market as part of the Total Rewards strategy.
ARE YOU A FIT?
- University Degree level education or equivalent.
- 7 + years of experience in Compensation and Benefits, preferably with few years in another FMCG organization.
- Preferably 2+ years of experience as an HRBP.
- Hands on experience in GLOBE SF SAP HR and Payroll system.
- Experience with KPIs (Creation and use of metrics).
- Local employment law and labor regulations and fiscal aspects affecting total rewards.
- Experience in Employee Cost Management / Budgeting.
- Experience in managing key benefits areas (pension, medical).
- Project Management Experience.
