Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Business Administration or other related fields
3+ years of experience in commercial areas such as marketing, sales, or promotion
Good English & Thai communication is a must

 

A DAY IN THE LIFE...

  • Create consumer activation and more engagement through event and sampling activities that align with brand strategy in different channels
  • Convert brand communication messages into practical tactics, communicate to target consumers, audiences, and especially reflect messages into Nestle image
  • Design sampling activity, communication concept, and strategies to trade customers for new product launch or event to attract shoppers
  • Perform as Nestle's guardian to ensure alignment on WHO Code and Global Guideline to kids aged 6 years old and above as well as NQMS standard in schools and other channels where sampling is taken place in both wet and dry formats
  • Design and conduct weekly Food & Beverage product knowledge, usage and consumption training for outsourced staff in sampling booths and in in-store sampling
  • Initiate sampling tools, systems & processes, and mechanics to drive more transaction in store
  • Manage all in-store sampling booths in modern trade and traditional trade channels as well as monitoring the quality to gain maximum impact on product trials and consumers' responses
  • Monitor reports related to event and sampling and performance review to ensure the quality of field operations
  • Evaluate event and sampling suppliers' performance

 

ARE YOU A FIT?

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration or other related fields
  • At least 3 years of experience in commercial areas such as marketing, sales, or promotion
  • Have experience in people and stakeholder management
  • Solid project management skill
  • Good command of Thai and English is a must
