• Execute operation plan as agreed with CDT and MKT.
• Ensuring sales and distribution target achievement
• Leading distributor to follow yearly operation plan
• Being accountable for top customers under distributor in term of sales, in-store activation and customer satisfaction
• Assessing and ensuring distributor operation to comply with Nestle policy

ARE YOU A FIT?

• Minimum 3 years of direct experience in sales from FMCG and has direct expereince in distributor management
• Experience in pet food is a plus
• Solid experience in business review with distributor owners or direct account
• Flexible be able to travel and work within northern region
