  • Responsible for reporting on Daily Sales & Stock update, Monthly Performance and update Monthly customer database
  • Meeting Arrangement – MSR, Quarterly B2B G2G, Annual Trip
  • Trade Asset Monitoring with Report
  • B2B Machine Controlling & reporting
  • Coordinate with customer service team and internal to serve new installation and machine issue
  • Monthly Demand FC consolidation
  • Support Sales team to collect and update customer contract 
  • Demo machine and Product sample preparation (B2B Activity Plan) – planning, recording & reporting, stock checking
  • Support Event and arrange product  machine materials set up at the event

 

ARE YOU A FIT?

  • Min. 3 years of experience in Sales support function
  • Experience in sales reporting, inventory and coordinate between sales and customer service team.
  • Active and high learning agility
  • Strong Microsoft Excel (Pivot and Vlookup)
