Position Summary  


As a Media Performance Expert, you will work on leading Confectionery brands like KitKat and support our Zone EUR Confectionery markets in optimizing media & content performance to win the hearts and minds of consumers through online campaigns that drive business results.


Reporting to the eBusiness lead, you will play an integral part in driving the digital transformation of the category and you will work very closely with our global partners like META, Google, TikTok to unlock opportunities for our brands to be at the forefront of digital.

A Day in the Life of a Media Partnership Expert

 

  • Activate media and content opportunities with brand managers, by providing expertise with reach & frequency, touchpoint selection, audience driven marketing and defining new communication opportunities. Capture and formalize learnings for continuous campaign improvement
  • Together with the campaign owners, optimize the efficiency of media campaigns by identifying options to improve CPM / R&F and optimizing content/ campaigns in real time
  • Work with the data & analytics expert and the Content Studio team or with creative agencies to measure performance, provide learnings and drive the right optimizations
  • Capability building and best practices sharing

 

What will make you successful

 

  • At least 5-7 years’ experience in media buying preferably on the agency side, across TV and online media
  • At ease with data & analytics specific to media buying, understanding of  paid media performance for each major digital platform
  • Excellent understanding of digital platforms and how to deliver the right content to the right audiences, through platform specifics
  • Fluent in English
