We are looking for a Business Development Executive to ensure RTD execution of Field Sales Plans and activities for GT Channels to deliver sustainable and profitable channel growth.

A day in the life of...
  • Set sales target for RTD Agents & liase with stakeholders to drive achievement.
  • Nestle Chiller Effectiveness Management by coordinating and ensuring chiller productivity & maintenance.            
  • Implement RTD Route to Market in the Region and customised Promotion Activities.
  • Work with GLC/Government agency to implement RTD business.
  • Gather market intelligence on RTD.
  • Play an advisory role to retailers and understand business owner needs and ensure customer intimacy.
  • Review Retailer Loyalty Scheme presentation and managing contract signing with key outlets on annual basis with top 10 customers on a quarterly basis.
What will make you successful
  • 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand the business dynamics and processes.
  • Capacity to understands all sales functions i.e. CCSD, Customer, Field
  • Had vast experience in field sales management and LTP Operations
  • Good networking with statuatory organization.
