Position: Associate Shopper Marketing Director

Location: Beijing

Position Summary

  • Develop digital solution and total Omni strategy, align with company MBS                         
  • Identify and prioritize the opportunity across all digital platforms, understand pros & cons
  • Support in ICP & cycle plan process, in terms of development of digital shopper marketing solutions & cross category campaign solution
  • Establish shopper database and ensure it services Omni shopper opportunities                                  
  • Get marketing support to generate content and traffic to prioritized platforms and activities
  • Develop cross category campaign and other occasion campaign solutions to fulfill different channel, customer, platform needs
  • Engage integrated Nestlé membership system (CRM) to maintain shopper purchasing behaviors and other shopper information, drive shopper recruitment and retention accordingly                          
  • Drive Omni business growth through providing solutions on channel APPs, home delivery platforms, social commerce platform, continue driving Omni channel campaign ROI
  • Develop and coach the team members in both Functional and Leadership behaviours, enabling their ability to win in the changing business environment

  • Graduate with at least 8 years experience in marketing and/or CCSD;
  • Experience in new Omni ways business management;
  • Experience in agency management, digital way of business development;
  • Experience in cross category activity management;
  • Experience in system development and platform management;
  • Experience in team management
