Position Summary


Delight target consumers, build a strong brand and generate strong brand building results & consumer demand.                        
                        
 

A day in the life of...

Ensure brand sales volume and profit growth opportunities are maximized by determining imaginative and effective marketing strategies and busniess plans.                
Enforce development and implementation of marketing plans including fundamental market and category research, advertising and promotion, research and product development, packaging and product cost reductions.                
Works within and maintain marketing control systems including business planning processes, expense tracking, market monitoring, forecasting, monthly meeting etc                
Understands shopping behaviours and motivations of target consumers, helps design shopping experiences that delight consumers / shoppers. Develops brand portfolio strategy, contributes to pricing and promotional strategy, proposes brand portfolio for key channels and key customers                
Ensures consumer centricity, applies Innovation levers, contributes and executes Innovation pipeline, maintains vibrancy via relevant renovation for his/her brands                
Contributes to development and executes strong, functionally aligned brand and ICP plan. Tracks and monitors the performance. Understands business impact of PFME and TTS investment of her/his brand. Effectively coordinates with cross function teams.                
Initiates and manages programs and/or assigned projects on a timely basis that complement approved strategies                
 

What will make you successful


University degree
Minimum 3~5 years experience in marketing in FMCG
Ideally in liquid beverage industry with end to end experience (from product development to in-market activities)"
