Position Summary

Facilitate and/or participate in the management of policy, industrial relationship, corp. meeting/events and protocol affairs, ensuring that: 
1.Strong and sustainable relationship with key industry associations and some selected government agencies.
2.Company’s strategic engagement, business growth, innovation and customer engagement well designed and coordinated. 
 

A day in the life of...

•    Policy monitoring addressing political and economic environment and policy trend which cater for the strategic planning of BU/FUs and timely sharing among key stakeholders; 
•    Assist the line manager to build, maintain and strengthen relationships key Industrial Associations and central govt. agencies including but not limited to SAMR, MOFCOM, MIIT, MOFA, NDRC, etc.;  
•    Facilitate and/or participate in policy advocacy & publicity& donation &volunteering, corporate brand image building activities and cooperation projects among F&B industry, universities, and institutions; Spot new stakeholders and opportunities.
•    Participate in organizing & coordinating corporate events & activities, including planning & designing, communication with internal & external partners, executions, etc.
•    Assist in optimizing and managing internal operation procedures and completing the approval processes for projects and activities; Make sure that all the Projects and Activities that the team are responsible for are well delivered in accordance with our company's finance and compliance policies;
 

What will make you successful

•    Bachelor’s degree or above in GR, international relation, communications, business or related field
•    Strong analytical, planning, forecasting and research skills 
•    3-5 years of experiences with Govt. agencies, NGOs or a MNC. Experiences in Sustainability and Corporate Communications is a plus.
•    Fluent English communication skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing
•    Be proactive and accountable, a quick learner and an innovator, adapt to change, walk the talk
