Position Summary

Enhance employee engagement in Nestlé's visions and values. Trust leadership and understand corporate strategy and roles in achieving.

A day in the life of...
  • Develop communication strategy and implement with the purpose of enhancing company reputation and inspiring people/ enhancing talent recruitment/retention by communicating Best Employer image. 70-80% focus on internal communication.
  • Develop internal e-newsletters, articles, CEO messages, press release, etc.
  • Lead and/or participate in the management of corporate internal events.
  • Fully leverage internal platforms, such as Nestle Leadership Conference, NesTV, NEST and Enterprise Wechat. Engage employees to act as credible ambassadors.
  • Co-developing phased social media content plan that are consistent with Corporate Affairs communications target, and aligned with brand local social persona.
  • Executing social media strategy through social communications insights, content planning, brainstorming with agency partner, messaging, internal coordination, and result analysis;
  • Responsible for social content quality, and continuously improving social media engagement rate;
  • Passionate on new social tactics, such as short videos, and emerging trends in social media;
  • Sensitive to issue/complaints on social platforms and experienced in handling issue related cases;
What will make you successful
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Marketing, Business or related fields;
  • Knowledge of how event/exhibition works and how to meet department expectations.  Ability to communicate in a professional manner.
  • Minimum 1+ year experience in managing different social media such as WeChat, Weibo, Douyin and so on;
  • Demonstrable social network experience and social analytics tools knowledge;
  • Great interpersonal and internal communication/coordination skills;
  • Excellent English/Chinese writing skill and sufficient spoken communication skill;
  • Creative thinker and ability to communicate ideas effectively
  • Team player and problem-solver;
