Position Summary
Responsible for development and execution of Digitalized in-store &O2O activations for MT customers.
A day in the life of...
- Responsible for development of key customers' digital solutions & shopper marketing campaign deployment. Monitor the implementation of strategies/plans that deliver MT OMNI growth based on consumer, shopper and customer requirements.
- Identify groups of customer where to be invested in line with customer prioritization framework.
- Responsible for National home delivery platform and key customer self-run platforms activation deployment.
- Continuous improvement of Online Availability. Align SKU selection by customer by period, standardize description, ensure correct display picture.
- Contribute channel/customer inputs to the ICP process by identifying the key opportunities and possible action plans for each priority Customer APP or platform in the market.
- Recommend clear promotional guidelines based on shopper understanding and current market knowledge. Ensure all promotional investment is properly reviewed and evaluated
- Continuously sourcing, update and communicate latest developments, trends, initiatives and competitive actions within MT, assessing implications/opportunities for each customer APP and home delivery platforms.
- Ensure adherence to all company principles and policies.
- Execute customer based O2O business strategies/model, assist with customer value chain digitalization.contribute customer input to whole new retail business strategy setting process.
What will make you successful
3+ years commercial experience, Previous experience in Sales/ Trade Marketing, KA operation experience and O2O related practice with key customer or platform - Demonstrable record of success in a customer facing role. Understands customers and the selling process. - Understands key business functions - Ability to motivate and develop people
