Position Snapshot

- Business Unit/Function: F&C

- Location: Beijing

Position Summary

- Responsible for all Decision Support and Control activities within Nestlé Grocery Retail Mainland China, providing financial/economic analysis to assure/facilitate the optimal use of commercial resources.  

- Ensures that sales operations adhere to financial, compliance, legal requirements and Nestlé Accounting practices  with business and co-pilots

A day in the life of...

- Provide information and coordinate with the Business Co-Pilot the forecast of NNS, TTS, Customer Contribution to ensure alignment with monthly business planning and the Dynamic Forecast etc. including NNS landing, sales performance, stock freshness, market return analysis, credit report etc.

- Optimize trade spend investments:
Ensure that trade events are properly accounted and accrued in SAP 
Ensure procedures are in place to determine if Nestlé is getting performance in line with customer agreements. 
Ensure cross functional quarterly promotional reviews occur and future promotional plans are revised accordingly
Identify the most efficient and effective way to perform Promotion Evaluation (financial and commercial) and ensure its completion

- Leverage Sales related and Financial Management Tool to participate Business decision and Channel/ customer sales strategy like CCS, NestFI, TTS, ECMS BI

- Risk assessment of internal operation process in Region sales operation, devise SOP discussion and alignment with sales functions to ensure business practice with accurate data and transparency, which is in line of compliance, legally regulation

- Monthly Reporting for Dsitributor Sales Acheivement, % of Market Return to evaluate Distributor's Performance and share with Region Sales Management and Region Co-pilot to make action plans in order to establish sound Distributor management. (Responsible Region)

What will make you successful

- Prior experience in Accounting / Finance function (e.g.: Sales, Factory or Supply Chain Controller), International experience

- Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry experience

- Participation in Efficiency and Best Practice Projects

- BA/BS with major or minor in Accounting or Finance, or BA/BS with coursework up to and including intermediate accounting.

- Proficiency in English and language of the market (where appl.)
