Position Summary

'Digital Solution Manager takes care of the design, build and evolution of GCR digital solution portfolio. The role will adopt IT Digital Product Catelog and adapt with local business needs. Lead the solution design and project delivery in 2 key areas - a. Digital Tech (IoT & Smart Devices); b. Digital Presence (Web & WeChat eco-systems). In parallel, serve as key point of contact with GCR markets and the Zone/HQ, collecting and filtering demand of digital solutions into local & global development teams and IT PMO. 

Key responsibilities:
- To overall manage the GCR digital product catalog in ServiceNow;
- To ensure the smooth performance of digital solutions (digital tech and digital presence) with lifecycle responsibilities;
- To well support the GCR businesses on digital new requirement analysis and gap evaluation; 
- To act as solution manager for the businesses on digital solution implementation;
- To well coordinate with vendor(s) and internal parties on contract and sustain SLA sign-off;
- To define the digital solution sustain process and ensure it is followed properly by the businesses in a long run.

A day in the life of...

Drives digital product catalog and smooth performance of digital solutions:
Be the overall MSE product catalog contact to collaborate with vertical & horizontal teams. Work as subject matter expertise on digital tech & digital presence areas:
- To lead the digital capabilities for marketing & sales teams relevant for our brands and target consumer;
- To understand business needs/requirements and transform the demand into actionable, measurable digital projects;
- To be a true customer advocate; understand business challenges/opportunities, needs and wants; 
- To coordinate with the virtual team to keep the updated digital product lifecycle progress on a regular basis;
- To closely work with business to understand digital solution feedback and identify the continuous improvement aspects;
- To report the digital solution performance to management team periodically and/or ad-hoc as per required;
- To define the sustain process and keep monitoring the process quality with the businesses; 
- To build up good relationship with  vendors for long-term cooperation with Nestle;
- To organize training to business key users for refreshed digital solution and continuous improvement. 

 

Drives Digital Solution Design and Delivery:
- Solution Requirements & Design: Ask WHY-WHY questions to fully understand buisiness challenges and incentives, form solution prototype assumptions, and define minimum-viable-product (MVP) to validate the assumption. Drive saolution requirements definition, planning and design of new features and enhancements. Identify user journey, map out features with the journeys and lead the solution design, prototype & testing.
- Solution Priorities: Work with business stakeholders to create business cases and prioritize use cases based on ROI. Partner with business and Vendors to expolore the right solutions which best fit into Nestle digital eco-system
- Solution Delivery & Marketing: Work with delivery team & Program management team on prioritization of solution delivery, ensure users get the values. 

 

Continueues improvment and Inovation:
- Work with innovative agencies/start-ups to bring in new digital capabilities like AI/machine learnings or new data sources
- Identify and recommend improvement opportunities for the business unit or assosiated partners
- Works with business unit partners to identify inovative projects and improvment opurtuneties that improve the ability to "win" in the market place   
- Conduct industry/competitor analysis, explore new methodologies and visualizations based on consumer analytics trends from market.   

 

Compliance:  
• Adhere to relevant codes, standards, policies and procedures as well as regulations in accordance with local, regional and corporate requirements in the delivery of performance for business results.  
• Attend to regular meeting and trainings to ensure self and subordinates good knowledge, skills and understanding of company standard.  Strictly follow company operating procedures.  
• Observe corporate policies and constantly ensuring that values are living in daily work.

- Rich experience in designing and delivering digital solutions for business
- Strong background in digital, data and CRM solutions
- Minimum 3-5  years experiences in digital integration areas
- Data sensitive, strong business acumen.
- Demonstrated leadership and strong project management skills in applying techniques to deliver actionable projects to enable business. Has passion for solving unstructured business problems through analytics 
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to influence business partners to turn data into insights and turn insights into actions
- Proficiency in English
