Position Summary

A day in the life of Digital Manager

•    Proactively understand & explore market landscape & consumers for new business, identify opportunities from competition & consumer trend.
•    Understands shopping behaviors and motivations of target consumers, helps design shopping experiences that delight consumers / shoppers.
•    Develop category based new portfolio vision and long-term wining strategies to ensure Nestle competitive advantage in product innovations.
•    Leverage EC platform big data to identify I&R opportunities with optimize new product pipeline. 
•    Build holistic new business strategy including portfolio, value chain simulating, pricing, proposes brand portfolio for key channels and key customers. 
•    Drive the execution of strategy in collaboration with internal stakeholders & external partners.
•    Explore and develop content marketing/content commerce initiatives with product centered diversified BGC & in-depth & scalable content generation & distribution leveraging proper content management tools.
•    Lead innovative marketing campaigns leveraging newly developed consumer engagement tactics including celebrity/KOL engagement, content marketing, content commerce & livestreaming, IPs to ensure the highest ROI to drive consumer demand and offtake performance.
•    Monitor & track PFME spending to ensure spending is in line with ICP financial alignment with BU.

What will make you successful

•    Minimum 4-6 years of experience in FMCG marketing or 2 years of experience in e-Marketing
•    The experience of the Tmall flagship store operation is a plus
•    Experience in Digital marketing or E-commerce Branding building
