Position Summary

Manage Data & Report system do business analysis according ,provide valuable & timely support for business decision

A day in the life of...

• SI CDP achievement, work with region to make sure SI achievement
• Improve distributor management continuously especially focusing on sellin/sellout/stock, DPA, DSA, selection, investment, etc. 
• Build effective route to market model to accelerate business growth
• Set Frontline Sales KPI, execution standard and PMS. Tracking and review efficiently.
• Build holistic data system and tracking tools to facilitate sales execution and performance improvement

What will make you successful

- 8 years of FMCG experience
- Be Familiar with distributors management;
- Good trade operation excellence management experience
- good business insight;
