Main Purpose of Job                        
Managing all aspects of the EKA business including stratigic and tactical to drive Key account business growth, online market share and business profitability                         
                        
Key Outputs: List the main results which the job must deliver in order to achieve its purpose.                 
Lead JD RTD Selfrun business to develop sales strategy and implement business under Nestle principle,Accountable & Responsible to ensure achievement of agreed sales target/KPIs and all relevant organizational goals and implications are factored into Ecommerce.                
Develop business relationship with key Customers & Partner to ensure strategic alignment and continuously improve customer satisfaction                
Develop and coach team  through daily work and demostrate leadership in negotiation, planning and execution;                
Work as an internal resource owner to optimize the investment in customers, achieve sales target under acceptable profit and under Nestle working guidence;

What experiences are key to success in this job?"        
"• More than 5 years solid sales experience in online Core Platform such as JD or Tmall key account management;
• Proven leadership of large Ecommerce sales team management and achieve sales target through people;
• Has successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top and bottom line business results
