Main Purpose of Job                    
Managing eb2b business including stratigic and tactical to drive Key account business growth, numeric coverage and business profitability                     
                    
Key Outputs: List the main results which the job must deliver in order to achieve its purpose.             
Be responsible for Online B2C - e-commerce distribution business development, new model set up and execution.             
Help to Define the B2C Business Where to Play/How to Win strategy/Product portfolio/promotion mechanism/price strategy and responsible for RTM business Sell out target, related Customer facing & distributor managements, cost control , etc.               
Demonstrates a strong comprehensive understanding of business goals and how they link together, and takes the initiative to understand patterns and trends that also impact the business.            
Develop business relationship with key Customers & Partner to ensure strategic alignment and continuously improve customer satisfaction

"• Take ownership, high degree of self motivation & enthusiasm
• High flexibility and learning agility for 0-1 business
• More than 3 years solid FMCG sales/business development experience in brand company (sales + trade marketing experience is preferred) 
• Outstanding analytical skills, strong experience interpreting test results & drawing conclusions
