Brand Manager

Position Summary

Delight target consumers, build a strong brand and generate strong brand building results

A day in the life of...

P&L Accountability &PFME Management:
Understand the P&L and sense of the drivers at highlevel, have knowledge of  business impact of PFME.
Measure the ROI of key activities, ensure brand sales volume and profit growth opportunities.
Work with finance for financial forecasting, financial updates and key indicators.    

Market Consumer Insight:
Actively run on-going analysis of 5C, Briefing agencies and preparation for research;  Actively participate in insight sharing to turn into growth opportunities.
Supports or work with consultancy to develop and updates consumer portrait.

Brand Planning and activities Execution:
Be the single point of contact for the brand/SKU cluster , have ownership of the brand, enforce brand equity building by applying Nestle Way.
Lead development of  Brand annual marketing plans and operational plans. Contributes to development of ICP plan.
Ensure flawless execution in day-to-day  implementation of the brand plans.
Drive brand performance evaluation and recommend solutions, initiate activities and/or collaborate cross-function to  achieve planned targets.
 

Innovation & Renovation (Idea to launch) :
Involved from ideation to commercial execution.
Apply innovation levers, contribute and execute the innovation pipeline.
Work with agency to generate strategically aligned Big Ideas and campaign ideas.
Participate specific innovation and key renovation project.
Own the launch management, from building plan to execution.
 

Major project:
Run mix campaigns of ATL and BTL, with strengthen social digital aspects 
Maintain individually responsible project according to strategy,plans and consist of the team objective, with fundamental project management and change management knowledge . 

People influence:
Contribute to partnership with internal & external stakeholders for day to day operations.
Practice own responsibility with considerably line manager involvement.
 

What will make you successful

·Bachelor's Degree above, Minimum 4 Years experience in Marketing or in another Function ideally Sales at Nestlé or equivalent FMCG
• Solid big project management experience with multi-functional teams;
• Strong quantitative data analysis and logical inference skills;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese;
• Alwasy looking into details and good at learning in fast moving environment 
• Pet owners are preferred
