Position Snapshot

- Business Unit/Function: HR

- Location: Beijing

Position Summary

- With strong empowerment delegated by the NiM HRD, ensures flawless Data management at NiM level and Knowledge sharing on HR Data and Quality within HR Community. Act as SPOC on all HR Data topics

A day in the life of...

- For some master data creation processes (Position Creation, mass data uploads), directly ensures first time right data quality by accurately completing required fields in Success Factor or mass upload templates.

- Train HR data contributors in the NiM to ensure they have a proper understanding of data quality requirements and of the consequences of poor data quality. 

- For NiM specific data, also train the CoS teams processing the data to ensure 1st time right quality. Project manage data collection via the HR Business Partners to mass correct data or in case of major organizational or other transformations with high data impact. 

- Review data quality dashboards with HR Directors regularly and prioritize areas of ongoing data quality attention with HR Business Partners and other members of the HR team. 

- Keep abreast of all new data standards and data best practices through active participation in the HR data specialist network. 

- Ensure that data flows smoothly from data capture systems to all dependent systems (SAP CA5 and , other non HR SAP modules, Magnitude, TPMS, and any other connected global or local systems).

What will make you successful

- Strong experience in areas of key HR administration areas (payroll, employee master data). 

- In depth understanding of data flows between systems and of data standards. 

- Strong project management skills.
