Position Summary

Support Head of Sales to provide high-level suggestion on business management and accelerate business growth by RTM strategy

A day in the life of...

  • Lead the development of RTM strategy by City/Channel/Portfolio/Investment, find out potential business opportunities, deploy the strategy and business plan to Field Sales to accelerate growth & target achievement.
  • Lead the sales development of Channels in alignment with BU strategy and ensure execution of plans in full. Find breakthrough business module which will better leverage business partner's competencies and less rely on manpower.
  • Co-ordinate and review the national management plan on a yearly basis per Channel and business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with BEO's, CCSD, Supply Chain, NKAM and Regional Sales Managers to deliver overall commercial plan. Ensure intelligence gathering in store.
  • Communicate key priorities of RTM Strategy and Distributor and DSR management (Channel, Customer, business development, path-to-puchase funnel, new opportunity, etc) to team members, executive leadership and cross-functional partners. 
  • Manage and monitor the existing distributors targets, Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers, National Key Account Manager to develop actions in order to ensure achievement of agreed Field Sales targets/KPIs .
  • Manage new channel sales team like eB2B & eB2C team, pharm sales to deliver the performance results.
  • Identify the distributor development and management policy and process at nation level.
  • Develop business relationship with key Customers & Partner to ensure strategic alignment and continuously improve customer satisfaction.
  • Build and direct a cohesive team & community of internal and external personnel to effectively develop sales productivity.

• Proven leadership of large business developing & management especially in traditional trade. 
• Strong expertise in both field sales and trade marketing. 
• Solid business planning skills
• Proven record to deliver KPIs, especially top and bottom line business results 
• Has multi-category experience 
• Experience of leading business transformation to develop new opportunity beyond current organizational thinking 
• Outstanding business sensitivity and analytical skills
