Main Purpose of Job
1. Sales related issues: maintain present customers / discover new sales oppotunities and new customers / sales order and logistics issuess / sales report and data analyze
2. NKA relatedTrade asset management
3. NKA team support: sales supportive files / others
Key Outputs :
Customers management: maintain and discover NKA customers, promote products to increase sales; cooperate with NKA team and channel distributors to win more sales; build and keep good relationship with customers ans distributors; collect market information and feedback to NKA team; execute MKT activities and PDCA.
Daily / Weekly / Monthly report, related data report preparation and data verification ((and any new deveoped data platforms).
Customers communication: order / logistics / batch code / forecast / amendment collecting, payment and application, expense write-off, reponse to customers in time.
Ensure in time delivery, communicate and coordinate with CS on receiving, exchanging, offsetting, warehouse splitting and other matters, reply email in time.
Communicate and coordinate with SSC on bank account write-off, payment plan, credit limit application, etc
Coordinate sales promotion plan and sales promotion expense write-off with NKA customers or relative person.
Customers telated Trade asset management, including machine installation application and follow-up, asset verification,equipment maintenance
Other work tasks delivered by the direct supervisor
Key Experiences:
have experience in sales / data management areas
College degree, sales experience is preferred
Positive attitude, good sense of responsibility and high team spirit
Good computer skills Good English communication skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in Nestle Sales team or Data team will be a plus
