岗位概要

- Lead , develop, and ensure implementation of customer strategies that are aligned with overall business strategies, and that support achievement of profitable sales objectives                        
                        

 

工作覆盖范围

- Define and execute strategies and plans for the Key Accounts in line with business requirements and customers vision                
- Lead development of customer relationship including joint business planning and top customer engagement and new potential key account customer recruitment plan                
- Accountable and responsible to ensure achievement of agreed Key Accounts targets/KPIs.                
- Ensure complete support and collaboration with CCSD and ASM to ensure alignment of Category, Channel and Field sales plans, including alignment on Investment and ROI                
- Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies including  Nestle/local Trade policy, local Sales policies, local Trade Terms, Safety and local and legal regulations                
- Collaborate with peer group to share Customer best practices, liaise with CCSD, Field Sales and Supply Chain to meet the customer's needs                
- Ensure development of careers, succession plans, development and coaching of Key Accounts personnel as well as direct reports                

使您成功的要素

- More than 8 years in business operations, with at least 5 years experience in Sales, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top and bottom line business results
- Leads Key Accounts function in a NiM role . Marketing experience is a plus.
